This bench was handmade from scratch with my group members JiaMin and Shangkari and is named Fyrkant - Swedish word for 'square'.

This bench is made up of plywood and wood fillers. It is held together by different types of joints such as the dovetail and dado joints.

​

We envision Fyrkant to be placed in a park for passersby to rest on. The bench sits about 3 people comfortably.
